About Meadowview Terrace:
Sentara Meadowview Terrace, located in Clarksville, is home to 150 residents requiring either rehabilitation or long-term care. Its unique household and neighborhood design and serene country setting provide comfort and security for those who live there as well as their families.

The peaceful, small-town atmosphere makes Clarksville an ideal location for a sportsman’s weekend getaway vacation, or to relocate. Feeding/Hydration Assistants have basic knowledge skills in communication and interpersonal skills, appropriate responses to resident behavior, safety and emergency procedures including the Heimlich Maneuver, Infection Control, Resident Rights, recognizing changes in residents that are inconsistent with their normal behavior and the importance of reporting those changes to the Supervisory Nurse. Feeding/Hydration Assistants will perform all skills under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse. Participates in proper feeding and hydration techniques for residents. Communication regularly with CNAs, Charge Nurses and other members of the health care team. Works in a facility that serves residents primarily over the age of 65.
