Medical Office Assistant

We are need of an experienced medical office assistant to work at our Bel Air, MD location. The ideal medical office assistant will be experienced in front office responsibilities, i.e. answering phones, scheduling appointments, patient check in and patient check out, insurance verification, obtaining pre-authorizations, etc... This is a contract position.
Qualifications: 2+ years of medical receptionist experience; Excellent customer service; Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); Experience handling multi-line phone system, Experience with EMR and EHR systems; Experience working in a busy medical practice.
