Sparks Group has partnered with a full-service general contracting company in Baltimore, MD and is immediately hiring for an Administrative Assistant! Do you pride yourself on your organizational skills and attention to detail? Are you a self-starter who is proficient with Microsoft Office? If so, we are eager to hear from you! - Serve as the point-of-contact for all deliveries
- Receive and keep track of all deliveries from the loading dock
- Maintain quality records and notify appropriate parties about the deliveries
- Log in daily reports
- Enter, scan and email delivery tickets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel spreadsheets, Outlook and Word
- Computer literacy
- Experience with scanning
- Detail oriented and organized
- Spanish bilingual is helpful
- Familiar with Adobe and Procore is helpful
- Ability to carry up to 15 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
