Must possess extensive U.S. and foreign patent and trademark paralegal experience (at least five years) as well as supervisory experience. Annual billable hour requirement is 500 hours. IP TRANSFER SPECIALIST Washington, DC Well-known global law firm with a dynamic IP practice is seeking an IP Transfer Specialist to join their DC office. The IP Transfer Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and triaging incoming IP files, auditing file histories, docketing bibliographic details and accompanying deadline information in Inprotech, creating profile details of each new case, inventorying physical files and electronic data into the file transfer database, creating matter titles and bibliographic titles for Elite and LegalKEY, and preparing and filing assignments and revocation/power of attorney documents and communicating with both clients and attorneys on the status of formalities. High school diploma and at least 2-4 years of high-level U.S. and foreign patent/trademark IP experience required. Must be flexible to work overtime. PATENT PROSECUTION PARALEGAL Washington, DC or Boston, MA Well-known global law firm with a dynamic IP practice is seeking a Patent Prosecution Paralegal to join either their Washington, DC or Boston, MA office. Annual 1,500 billable hour requirement. Will be responsible for creating, revising, and filing prosecution documents; reviewing and maintaining the docket; and reporting communications to clients and foreign associates and handling various prosecution formalities in a timely manner.
