This HR Business Partner will work closely with Aurora's leaders and employees in the Manassas VA headquarters. Together with the HR team, the successful candidate will drive business outcomes through the development of and execution against appropriate people priorities. This individual will partner with company leaders to develop business objectives and identify people enablers that will deliver business results. In close partnership with all HR functions, this role is accountable for leading programs at scale, from need identification through to implementation, all while considering the unique needs of our internal customers. Requirements Skilled at thinking critically and using a metrics-driven approach to develop solutions. Able to leverage data and analytics to generate insights and create compelling narratives that drive buy. Able to identify root-cause issues, match people strategies to business strategies, and deliver global programs that drive results. Able to synthesize complex situations into a digestible format for the business leaders and their teams. Skilled at building consensus to achieve buy-in from diverse constituencies. Skilled at building bridges and designing "win-win" solutions across a matrix management organization. Experienced in leading and supporting broad scale change initiatives that have global company impact and complex/aggressive outcomes/expectations. Skilled in project management with a proven ability to design and implement creative HR solutions that drive business results. Able to flourish in a rapidly changing organization and operate comfortably with ambiguity and complexity. Skills and Background 10 years of HR Generalist experience in roles with progressively increasing scope and in matrixed, high-growth, organizations. Experience in a high profile, strategic HR role with heavy executive-level interface and a high degree of executive influence. Experience with M&A and integration highly preferred. Proven strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to partner and build relationships with executive leadership, managers and all levels of coworkers. High degree of resilience and tenacity to drive change. Demonstrated business acumen and ability to grow the business through ongoing development and support of its people. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience is required - advanced degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is a plus. SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
