We're seeking a Director of Marketing who has demonstrated success effectively managing a marketing team to exceed goals. We have a great team in place and are looking for a marketing leader with proven results across multiple channels to drive the charge. Experience with cloud-based technology is highly preferred, as is experience with B2B and B2C marketing. Life at mHelpDesk mHelpDesk is not your average startup. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage the day-to-day operations of the mHelpDesk marketing team, with a laser focus on exceeding targets. Supervise hiring, training, workloads, schedules and deadlines. Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects. Drive branding and audience expansion initiatives through various marketing channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, affiliates, social media and email marketing. Generate and analyze reporting, providing a comprehensive overview of team performance based on metrics and qualitative feedback. Oversee the operation of a company's website and blog with an emphasis on performance. Manage marketing budgets through partnership with team members, recommending optimizations based on performance. Participate in sales forecasting and product planning initiatives, taking the position of customer and prospective customer advocate. Conduct customer and brand research initiatives. Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management. Manage projects that may involve multi-departmental teams and/or third party vendors. Deliver presentations and product demonstrations including public marketing demonstrations and assist on sales and partnership opportunities. Communicate with external audiences (analysts, reporters, trade show audiences, etc.). Requirements: Minimum 10 years marketing experience, with demonstrated success in various channels and disciplines Minimum 8 years software industry experience, including cloud-based solutions Minimum 5 years people management experience BA/BS required; MBA a plus Exposure to sales, product management, and customer support Excellent writing skills, with an emphasis on writing to sell Effective, clear, and concise presentation skills Ability to manage projects involving cross-functional teams Ability to create straightforward messaging for complex products Strong PowerPoint skills, and good knowledge of Excel and other business software Demonstrated ability/comfort in learning and mastering software Additional Attributes Desired: Exposure to the field service industry Attention to detail Creativity while remaining results-oriented High productivity and self-motivation Solid organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to learn on the go and adjust quickly to changing requirements Team player mHelpDesk is a leading provider of web-based service management software that is revolutionizing how companies manage their customers and service tickets.
