The primary function of this role (60%) will be to assume leadership as the Head of Wealth Management (WM) Metro Field Administration, providing Strategic leadership to the Field Administrative team. The Field Administration team consists of 2 Field Operations Managers who will oversee employee and client onboarding, delivery of applicable training and project management resourcing. This position will optimize the function and output of the Field Administration team. The Region Administrative Managers (RAM) will report to the Head of Field Administration and oversee the WM Client Associates. Each WM Client Associate resides on a team with the WM Banker and WM Advisor in local markets across the footprint. The Head of Field Administration will drive consistency across the enterprise in this function, implement foundational practice managment routines that will result in a consistent client experience. This position will be responsible for creating revenue producing routines that will be executed by Regional Managers through coaching and scorecard performance management. Drive change across both metro divisions, initiate innovative and efficient ways of supporting the WM Advisor and WM Banker team and lead process improvement efforts. Responsible for owning centralized client onboarding across the metro divisions. Create a centralized support structure that will service multiple teams or high production bankers. This role will be responsible for employee onboarding, creating protocols and deploying resources to locations where new WM Advisors and WM Bankers are joining the firm. The secondary function of this role (40%) will be to drive revenue through strategic initiatives and lead high profile projects such as the Southern CA. hiring strategy, BPM process management, and WM Advisor Development Program and WM Consultant onboarding. Collaborate with training partners to address learning and skill gaps of WM Bankers, WM Advisors and WM Associates. Partner with Leadership to accelerate planning, establish oversight and quality control metrics for planning deliverables. Partner with business to leverage and expand tools like United Capital, work with emerging teams that deviate from traditional strategy model to customize service delivery to unique markets and clients. This leader will also play an integral part of the WM Advisor Development Program employee onboarding.
