Commercial Risks Sales Consultant
The Consultant serves as the lead external business development professional engaging with new and existing clients across a range of industries, and geographic locations. This role focuses on business prospecting to create a book of new business using current market knowledge and contacts in combination with existing Risk Cooperative resources, Operations team support, existing customer cross-selling, maintaining high retention ratios, and contacts within the marketplace. The Consultant role is a highly collaborative role and works closely with all divisions within Risk Cooperative, utilizing the firm's full resources to meet sales objectives. This role will provide the right, highly driven and motivated candidate the opportunity to be a leader in the industry, as well as participate in high visibility events, conferences, speaking opportunities, and publications to increase overall brand and drive sales. The Consultant must be an independent, driven self-starter who is able to execute consultative and solutions sales engagements, as well as develop strong business-to-business relationships.
