Jr Tech Recruiter Columbia, MD As a Technical Recruiter you will support the Recruiting Team. We are targeting a creative, energetic and professional to participate in the full-life cycle recruiting for technical positions for our current opportunities as well as building a pipeline for upcoming contract awards. You will bring your top-notch communication skills in working with candidates and hiring managers to add value to the recruitment function. Provide appropriate level of follow up to candidates/hiring managers/department members, work both independently and in team settings. Ability to source and target candidates using a variety of tools - social media, search engines, job boards, job fairs. Understanding of technical terminology within the IT industry. Proper interpretation of job requisitions and candidate resumes. Accurately maintain clear and concise records and documentation on all candidates, searches and other recruiting activities. Possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Education/Experience: This position requires at least 2 years of related recruiting and sourcing experience preferably within the IT community. It is desired the candidate possesses a BS degree within a business related field (Bus Admin, Marketing, HR). ATS experience highly desired.
