An educational assistance company has an open position for a Telecommute Inbound Outbound Educational Sales Representative. Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities: Increase revenue through outbound / inbound sales initiatives Communicate mission and philosophy with potential students through several mediums phone, text, video chat, social media Identify, analyze, and resolve both technical and non-technical student concerns, based on a SLA Qualifications for this position include: 2 to 5 years of (successful) experience in a sales or business development, with a proven success rate of closing deals 2+ years' experience working in a SaaS environment 2+ years working with goals with customer service and sales (consultative) targets and KPI's 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce, developing workflows, reports, and dashboard configurations, Salesforce certification a bonus 1+ years of experience working with programs such as WordPress, HTML, CSS, and CRM integrations All other requirements necessary for this position
