This critical role on our B2B marketing team could be your next growth opportunity We're looking for a B2B marketer with 3-4 years of experience developing sales enablement tools and marketing campaigns to drive leads and help close business. In this role, you'll be responsible for the marketing and lead generation activity to support our Franchise Development team add new hotels across 11 distinct brands. What you will do The B2B Marketing Manager will be a core member of the B2B Marketing team, responsible for all Sales Enablement activity to support our Franchise Development team. Responsibilities to include: Creates and maintains all sales tools across 11 brands, including sales flyers, brochures and sales presentations. Ensures all content is current, communicates the brand value propositions, and meets the needs of the sales organizations. Collects feedback from the teams to proactively recommend new content that can be created to help support new deals. Ensures the sales team has access to all sales tools and promotional items. Manages marketing programs to generate awareness and leads for our brands, including direct mail and targeted sales programs. Partners with outside vendors and industry associations to manage the tradeshow presence for the team across key industry events. Ensure all tradeshow booth assets are delivered on time and to spec. Works closely with internal and external creative teams to develop content plans, execute creative, gain internal approvals and deploy all messaging. For all the above projects: Writes creative briefs for review and approval by the Director, B2B Marketing and the appropriate sales teams. Delivers creative briefs to the applicable agencies/designers and ensures work is executed against the creative brief. Presents creative options for review and approval. Ensures all content has been cleared by Legal. Manages quality assurance throughout the pre- and production phases, including accuracy of content, grammar, spelling and tone. Ensures correct usage of corporate and brand identity standards. Manages and maintains relationships with agencies, designers and other outside vendors. Provides input to the development of sales communications strategies and initiatives. Understands the role of the department in the overall corporate strategy and sets objectives that are aligned with this role. Continuously keeps up on industry trends, direction, opportunities, and applicability as it pertains to Choice. Skills you have 3-4 years relevant experience in marketing/communications at an advertising agency, in-house advertising or marketing communications department. Experience with hotel development, sales marketing or real estate preferred. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications, or related field, from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated success in driving and executing implementation marketing programs. Strong understanding and knowledge of integrated marketing communication in both traditional and new media. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated project management skills. Highly proficient in the use of MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to develop and manage successful internal and external relationships. Ability to drive results in a team-oriented and cross-functional environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to travel 20% of the time.
