NTT DATA Services currently seeks a QA Manager to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US). Education: * Bachelor's Degree with an advanced degree preferred * 10 Yrs. Minimum Experience in IT with focus on Functional Testing, System testing, requirements validation, test automation Responsibilities include the following: * Interact with the business stakeholders to independently validate the requirements * Identify gaps in implementation in relation to the requirements, test the application and track the issues to closure * Automate the test cases using client approved toolsets * Identify regression test suite and create regression test packages * Create and maintain Requirements Traceability Document * Provide key metrics about application health and defect status on a daily basis * Create mock data, bulk data and mock workflows to test the application for functionality and performance * Demo the application to the users when required, gather feedback, communicate effectively to the project team * Support in preparing end user training materials Required Skills include: * In-depth experience in business requirements understanding with extensive experience in functional testing, creating test cases, test lifecycle management * Experience in automation of test cases using Cucumber and other such client approved tools / packages * Experience in defect management tools such as JIRA * Ability to contribute to end user documentation including training materials * Ability to work well with the team and create a conducive atmosphere * Experience in working in Agile projects Desired Skills: - Expertise / Knowledge of Parole Management / Prisoner Management - Experience in SQL and T-SQL / PL/SQL Technical Specifications: * At least 7 years of related experience in reviewing requirements * Ability to write functional test cases and test the application This position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
