Position Purpose:To ensure friendly and knowledgeable service support for customers Reports To:Office Manager Average Hours/Week:40-50, with seasonal Saturday work hours Benefits: Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay, Medical Care, Retirement Plan Work Experience: 2+ years work experience, with 1 year in client service Tasks * Answer telephones, relay messages, and route calls to appropriate person(s). * Use routing software to schedule start-up and recurring services. * Maintain accurate records of important client comments and interactions. * Make calls to clients to check satisfaction. * Answer basic questions from clients and prospects about company services. * Sell company services to in-bound callers when needed. * Make calls to clients to collect past due amounts. * Prepare client mailings, and perform other administrative tasks. * Manage the on-hold clients as directed. * Processing payments. * Other duties as assigned by management.
