Member Services Engagement Manager
The American Urological Association, the premier association for the advancement of urologic patient care, is actively recruiting an experienced Member Services Manager. Primary duties include: Managing member recruitment efforts, engagement and retention programs and campaigns, management and coordination of Section exhibits and other member related recruitment exhibits, overseeing the Residents and Fellows, Young Urologist and APP Membership Committees and related activities, the associations' Group Discount Program, staff supervision and assisting the Vice President with budgeting activity as assigned, the AUA Leadership Program and other initiatives. Manages exhibits at section meetings. Serves as staff liaison for committees. Updates new membership collateral including messages on the website. The successful candidate: BA or BS degree in marketing, journalism, communication or related field required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of association management software. 5 years' experience writing copy to support marketing initiatives. 5 years' experience managing marketing initiatives with demonstrated success in utilizing market data to develop marketing strategy and to create effective recruitment and retention campaigns. 3-5 years of supervisory experience preferred, including goal setting and team development. 5 plus years association and membership marketing experience preferred; health-care associations.
