Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance and/or repair activities.Candidate is required to prepare outgoing jobs for mail and courier systems by boxing, wrapping, properly marking of disseminated material; to include printing out labels and packing slips. Candidate may use Sponsor's standard sized vehicles to make daily deliveries/pickups at the various WMA locations and most within 5 miles. Candidate must possess basic computer skills to perform inventory/tracking applications to track outgoing jobs and deliveries/pickups on Sponsor's system. Computer skills will be used to of shared folders to obtain files. Candidate must be capable to lift boxes up to 50 lbs. to support production of mounting and laminating posters, stitching (stapling), punching, coil binding books, trimming maps and posters to size. Candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time to complete tasks. Training will be provided. Candidate is required to load/unload paper into copiers, ensure plotters are in proper working order (ink changes/feed mechanisms) and notify staff of issues. Desired Prior experience in printing warehouse Ability to adapt to changing priority as directed by Sponsor Able to obtain forklift certification1. Analyzes standard contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports for assigned contracts to determine spares provisioning or maintenance/repair requirements.2. Develops logistics plans in order to enhance distribution of goods and supplies.3. Follows established policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.4. Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times.5. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.6.
