Payroll Administrator ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client is a very large pharmaceutical company and looking to add a Payroll Administrator. This is a great opportunity to gain experience with a publicly traded $500M company! Our client is going through an acquisition so they are looking for someone to help on a contract basis through February 2019 as they have extra work. Pay is $32/hr. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR Process biweekly payroll for over 400 employees Process payroll using ADP Validate all data posting to timekeeping system Ensure employee data changes are entered correctly Review approved timesheets for accuracy Prepare various payroll reports Assist with year end payroll reports Help employees with time tracking system as needed Prepare ad hoc reports as needed Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local wage and tax laws EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR ROLE: At least 3 years of payroll processing experience Experience with a large company strongly preferred ADP experience required Attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Ceridian a plus Payroll for Canadian employees is a plus Please email resume for immediate consideration.
