Our customer is migrating from Windows 7 to Windows 10 Daily the technician will be working in a hardware depot type room taking pre imaged laptops and transferring the data from the preimaged machines to the new ones. This will take an understanding of following a build sheet. The new devices will be hand delivered to the end users. This requires a high level of customer service as well as the ability to help the users navigate Windows 10. There may also be some troubleshooting if a users device isn't working, ie password for an application isn't working, email folders aren't where they usually are for example.About TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
