Customer Application Experience Job DescriptionClient intends to implement a full-service integrated eligibility system (IES) to replace current system and build a variety of technology solutions to support the delivery of public benefits and services to its customers. The solution will also interface with the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM), including the Federal Data Services HubRESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIRED SKILLS: * Configure MDM Hub that includes creating / updating Landing, Staging, Base tables, mappings, cleanse functions, cleanse lists, Match rules etc.* Set up Message Queues and Message Triggers as part of the Publish Process.* Set up Users, Roles, and Privileges, as required.* Drive Data Analysis efforts by writing complex Sql to troubleshoot / perform root cause analysis.* Write / Maintain complex ETL programs that include processing of XML data.* Collaborate with the PMO, QA team, DBAs, WebMethods Admins, ETL and Java team members to resolve issues and recommend solutions.* Working Knowledge of Core Java. Write / update Java code to fix defects and deploy EARs to other environments.* Well versed in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles.* Create / Maintain subject areas in IDD including setting up tasks as part of the data steward's approval process.* Triage and close defects by working across teams and technologies.* Write / Maintain technical and business documentation.* Create use cases and write unit test documentation for the MDM / ETL / Java modules.* Perform other Administrative tasks such as backing up and migrating ORS and IDD code on a regular basis* Document and prepare test data* Execute test scripts* Analyze results against requirements and expected results* Record defects and coordinate resolution with development team and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) About TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
