POSITION SUMMARYPerforms day-to-day administration tasks for assigned platform, managing the vendor and platform partners to create a successful team. Maintains fields, profiles, roles, security, data management, reporting and other standard tasks. Develops and creates customized reports and dashboards as required by the business and leadership.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:1. Troubleshoots, diagnoses and resolves functional/technical issues.2. Configures and customizes fields and objects as required.3. Manages user profiles, roles, permission sets, assignment rules, and license types as required.4. Collaborates with platform resources and business users to understand business requirements for projects and operations, and makes cogent recommendations; works with platform vendor to resolve issues and apply maintenance. 5. Helps to improve data management, including record merging, updates.6. Manages platform vendor and the on-going relationship with the platform support team.7. Develops and creates customized reports and dashboards requested by platform users and leadership.8. Provides regular status updates and communications to the platform team and management; develops and maintains documentation related to installations, configurations, technical solutions and procedures relevant to the administration and maintenance of services; initiates formal and informal knowledge sharing sessions within the IT platform network.9. Trains users on existing and newly developed features of the assigned platform. Creates training materials when necessary.10. When requested works with business stakeholders to prioritize backlog items.11. Develops new functionality within the platform based on business requirements.12. Performs unit and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new products and developments, as required.SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Performs additional duties as directed.QualificationsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1. Bachelor's degree required2. Three years of applicable experience in application administration, design, testing, implementation and documentation required3. Experience with performance measuring and monitoring of IT systems.KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES: 1. Demonstrates knowledge in the use of IT methodologies and software2. Demonstrates effective communication skills: verbal, written and interpersonal3. Capable of identifying emerging platform issues and to critically evaluate solutions in order to successfully apply them to resolving platform issues4. Strong business and analytical skills5. Ability to work on multiple projects within the constraints of deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail6. Ability to identify sub-optimal business processes and use process simplification methods and/or technology to improve them7. Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills with good problem solving abilities8. Advanced working knowledge of key software programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook9. Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and different business partner organizations10. Willing to go above and beyond to support the business needs and aid resolution.11. Ability to work independently and collaboratively12. Knowledge of IT system installation, configuration and maintenanceADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 1.
