Kitchen Managers are expected to do the following: Use excellent people management skills to manage and motivate a diverse employee group on a daily basis. Assist General Manager in financials; including inventory control and ordering, labor and food costs, work within set budgets, monitoring sales, cost controls, and profit and loss. Train, Support and Schedule BOH appropriately for the flow of business Oversee daily operations of the kitchen & ensure food quality and specifications are met. Maintain appropriate inventory levels. Ensure customer satisfaction and implement quality improvements. Coach & develop staff. Job Requirements: for the Kitchen Manager Must have at least 2 years of high-volume, salaried kitchen management experience. High School diploma required. Culinary or Hospitality degree of training is a plus! Must have a positive, upbeat, can-do attitude. Available to work days, late nights, and weekends. Experienced with working with fresh foods, and working knowledge of various cooking methods Train others for the Kitchen. Will need to pass a background check - criminal & driving.
