George Mason University, a NCAA Division I institution and a member of the Atlantic-10 Athletic Conference, is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time, 12 month administrative professional positions for a Certified Athletic Trainer. This position assists in the daily operation of the Athletic Training Facilities. Team assignments are determined by Head Athletic Trainer and may include mens and womens volleyball among other assignments. Incumbent will also provide supervision of graduate assistants working with other athletic teams and clinical instruction and supervision of athletic training students in educational programs. - MA or MS Degree in Related Field at time of employment;
- NATABOC Certification and eligibility for Virginia licensure.
- Virginia license required at date of employment.
- Professional rescuer CPR/AED Certification Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in intercollegiate athletics, particularly in injury prevention and rehabilitation.
