  • Physical Requirement: Walks and stands continuously. Frequently lifts, pushes, and pulls pieces and bulk boxes of meat weighing 50 to 100 pounds. Hand trucks and dollies are available FOR USE. Temperature ranges from minus 10 degrees to 50 degrees.

    Examples of qualifying experience include:
    • Work in the retail meat department traying, wrapping, and weighing meat for sale to patrons
    • Cut, trim, and boning meat
    • Use of hand tools and operation of powered meat cutting equipment
