Administers the human resources activities for an office, Section or Program within a Division.Administers human resources activities for a large office, group, sector or section within a Division, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.Ability to flex skill and experience to suit a wide variety of business needs, able to navigate ambiguity and complexity: advises, coaches and guides Leaders on organizational design, change management, performance management, talent management, and leadership development.Operates as a trusted advisor and HR Leader providing support and guidance to the Defense organization in all areas of people management.Partners with Leadership on establishing a performance driven culture and business rhythm across the Division to support an environment of transparency and accountability, where Brilliant Teams and performance are the expected norms.Operate towards "win' and 'impact' - demonstrates credibility by understanding the business and anticipate likely obstacles to implementing business change.Intimately understands key business issues and partner with Centers of Excellence and other support organizations to support the business needs and the workforce. Identifying trends based on available data to develop actions to improve employee satisfaction and engagement, driving lower attrition rates across the enterprise.Partner with our Employee Relations team and Legal on the investigation and timely resolution of employee relations issues. Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced HR staff.
