    The qualification requirements listed below must be met within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement.

    To qualify for this position at the IC-06 ($41,369) level, your resume must demonstrate at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the IC-05 level in federal service.  This experience may have been gained in the federal government, a state or local government, a non-profit organization, the private sector, or as a volunteer; however, your resume must clearly describe at least one year of the following specialized experience:

    1. Experience operating personal computers to input and retrieve information.
    2. Experience researching a body of standardized personnel rules, procedures and requirements.

    To qualify for this position at the IC-07 ($45,972) level, your resume must demonstrate at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the IC-05 level in federal service.  This experience may have been gained in the federal government, a state or local government, a non-profit organization, the private sector, or as a volunteer; however, your resume must clearly describe at least one year of the following specialized experience:

    In addition to the experience listed above, applicants must have:

    1. Experience researching classification rules, regulations, procedures and grading standards.
    2. Experience researching a body of standardized personnel rules, procedures and requirements to explain personnel processes and perform a range of clerical work.

    To qualify for this position at the IC-08 ($50,912) level, your resume must demonstrate at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the IC-05 level in federal service.  This experience may have been gained in the federal government, a state or local government, a non-profit organization, the private sector, or as a volunteer; however, your resume must clearly describe at least one year of the following specialized experience:

    In addition to the experience listed above, applicants must have:

    1. Experience using classification rules regulations, procedures and grading standards to review appropriate standards, evaluate organization/job relationships, and complete limited classification assignments.
    2. Experience using a personnel data system to enter or access personnel data.

    Selective Placement Factor:  In addition to the minimum qualifications described above, you must meet the following requirement(s) to be considered qualified for the position: 40 words per minute typing speed

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills, and provides valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
