Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
IT-related experience demonstrating Attention to Detail include: Review data from multiple sources and determine relevant information to a given situation. Disseminate written reports and status updates that are factual, timely and relatively error free.
IT-related experience demonstrating Customer Service include: Maintain relationships with customers with diverse needs. Assess the needs of customers and identify products and/or services to meet their needs. Resolve routine problems, questions, or complaints and direct the most complex problems, questions, or complaints to the appropriate person.
IT-related experience demonstrating Oral Communication include: Present training for new IT policies. Listen to others and recognize potential miscommunications.
IT-related experience demonstrating Problem Solving include: Use logic to identify alternatives to solve problems. Identify and solve problems by gathering and applying information from a variety of materials or sources that provide several alternatives.

In lieu of experience, you may also qualify based upon the education listed below:
Completed 1 full year of graduate level education (18 semester hours) in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management; or, graduate education that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks. NOTE: You must submit a complete copy of your transcripts or an or an itemized list of college courses which includes equivalent information from the transcript (i.e. school name, course title, semester/quarter hours, and grade/degree earned).
Completed a bachelor's degree (or will be completed by June 30, 2019) with superior academic achievement from an accredited or pre-accredited institution in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management, and my education has equipped me with the competencies/ knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of this position as described in the job opportunity announcement. NOTE: You must submit a complete copy of your transcripts or an or an itemized list of college courses which includes equivalent information from the transcript (i.e. school name, course title, semester/quarter hours, and grade/degree earned).

This position is eligible for part time, full time or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.
This position has promotion potential to the GS-12 grade. If selected below the full performance level, you may be noncompetitively promoted to the next higher grade level after meeting all regulatory requirements, and upon the recommendation of management. Promotion is neither implied nor guaranteed.
