Job Description

Boutique law firm Office Manager sought for well-established Northern Virginia Immigration firm. Duties include: general office and human resource management, invoicing, bookkeeping and managing founding partner’s schedule.

Must be fully bilingual English and Spanish.

Must have strong MS Office and INS Zoom software skills. Must have experience with accounting and bookkeeping.

Duties include: provide legal administrative assistance to attorneys; prepare legal correspondence and presentations; maintain legal case management system; maintain office court docket and manage attorney’s schedules; coordinate appointments, meetings and arrange travel; complete semi-monthly payroll and coordinate benefits with outside vendor; maintain staff accrued and used leave; train new employees; assist with HR generalist duties, assist with firm recruiting and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Must have:

  • College Degree with at least 5 years of prior management experience
  • Previous experience as a paralegal
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Familiarity with INS Zoom
  • Minimum of three years legal administrative experience with previous resource and office management responsibilities
