Capitol Cadillac and Capitol Buick GMC are looking for a full-time professional to handle internet leads.  This is a career opportunity for someone who is outgoing, possess time-management skills and is self-motivated.

Working in an office environment, you will act as the essential communications link between the customer and the dealership. In this position, we need you to be friendly, articulate, enthusiastic, and a self-motivated team player with outstanding organizational skills, a positive attitude, and an excellent work ethic.  This is a performance based compensation opportunity.  Motivation = Success!

Job Responsibilities for our Internet Manager:              

Great attitude with a high-energy, dynamic personality.

Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Develop proficient use of CRM (customer relationship management) software

Establish daily goals and objectives

Create campaigns to develop new customers

Placing phone calls to current customers and potential leads as part of follow up program and track the outcome

Identify the customer’s needs and schedule appointments

Strive to maintain a steady supply of hot prospects at all times

Assist Sales Team in effective steps of sales process

Treat all customers efficiently and professionally, always with a smile

Work closely with Sales Team in all steps of the deal

Be thoroughly familiar with current and new products, including features, specifications, prices, color, options, standard equipment and comparisons to competitor’s vehicles

Daily follow up with prospects and customers through the CRM system

Use telephone and email effectively to seek and obtain appointments with prospects

The ability to compose and send proper business emails and correspondence

Work in a team atmosphere, willing to help whenever necessary

Job Requirements for our Internet Manager:

Minimum two years automotive customer service or sales background

High school graduate

Listening and understanding the wants/needs of the customer

Excellent problem solving skills

Dependable and reliable

Clear and professional phone voice

Professional appearance and demeanor

Strong leadership, organization and time management skills

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Ability to meet or exceed performance targets set by management

Attention to detail


Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
