Overview:

Sentara Healthcare is currently recruiting for an Electronic Contract Management (ECM) Coordinator for their Materials Management Division located in Chesapeake Virginia. This is a Full Time day-shift position and would be a great career opportunity to blend your IT and Materials Management skills! Applicants must meet all requirements in order to be considered. Preferred candidates will have a minimum of two years of experience in Healthcare Operations or Contract Management. Lean and/or Lean Six Sigma certification and understanding of Contracts/Contract Language is strongly preferred. In lieu of 2 years Healthcare experience or 2 years Contract experience, 2 years database management experience may be considered.

Responsibilities:

Engage with identified stakeholders to best insure alliance of ECM software to business requirements. Develop training materials and facilitate user training sessions. Participate on implementation team to implement ECM software at identified sites. Communicate updates regarding the ECM solution to identified stakeholders as necessary. Maintain the ECM software and corresponding user access. Serve as the Point of Contact to internal users and selected vendor.
