Overview:

Optima Health is currently seeking an experience Project Coordinator to join their team in Virginia Beach, VA!

Ability to work on high visibility projects that are crucial to the success of the organization is required Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) preferred

Responsibilities:

Entry Level Position into the Optima Health Project Management Office. The Optima Health Project Coordinator will report to the Director, Project Management and work with the Project Management Team to assist in the administration of project documentation, plans, and reporting. As part of the Project Management Team, the Project Coordinator will expand their expertise in project management and support Project Managers in achieving successful project outcomes. Principle Duties: Use Project Management Methodology and tools to assist Project Managers Coordinate activities, resources, and information Liaise with project teams to identify and define project activities Help to prepare project documentation Monitor and track project progress Create and maintain project plans and reports Support the communication plans by creating project communication materials, updating documentation, and web sites Assist in project meeting preparation and execution. Drafts agendas, minutes, and presentation materials Facilitate sub-project team meetings
