MIL Corporation is looking for a Senior Engineer to serve as a lead engineer for the support of tasking involving system concept formulation, system, and subsystem design analysis, interface design and field service analysis, installation, integration, and test and evaluation of C4IS equipment/systems and subsystems.

Responsibilities:

Develops documentation for Test and Evaluation Master Plans and Information Assurance approval documentation.

Develops cable block diagrams and cable run sheets and oversees the drafting production of those documents.

Conducts system and subsystem engineering analysis, interface design, and field service evaluation.

Performs integration, test/evaluation, and installation engineering for electronic equipment/systems and subsystems.

Develops preliminary system architecture, conducts market research and trade studies, and designs subsystems for various military platforms.

Performs sustainment planning, fielding validation, and verification testing, production engineering planning, risk assessment, and technical resolution.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in the field of Engineering, Physics or Mathematics.

Five years of practical engineering experience in engineering, analysis or integrated C4I equipment/systems and subsystems.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with project engineering support for audio-visual systems.

Experience with government contracting processes and procedures.

Experience with systems engineering framework and reviews such as System Requirements Review, Preliminary Design Review, and Comprehensive Design Review.

Experience with project management, including the development of and tracking to integrated master schedules.

Experience leading small groups in directed tasking, including evaluation of progress and reporting of status to project managers and reporting managers.
