Associated Insurance Management, LLC, is a large insurance agency in Downtown Silver Spring with an immediate opening for a full-time, front office receptionist.
Primary job duties include:
- Receiving clients and visitors
- Answering and forwarding incoming calls
- Retrieving and forwarding voicemail messages
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and email
- Assisting staff with outgoing mail
- Clerical and administrative tasks, as needed
- Overseeing courier and package pick-up and delivery
- Keeping reception area neat and organized
Qualified applicants must have one year or more of experience working as a receptionist, proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite 2010 (or higher), excellent communication skills, and a professional, friendly manner.
