LCPC Rehab Specialist
We are in search of a LCPC Rehabilitation Specialist!
A non-profit organization dedicated to providing high quality, community-based residential care and services to persons suffering from long-term mental illness. We are focused on empowering each and every client to live as independently as possible by assisting them to find opportunities that promote their educational, vocational and emotional growth. We also focus on recovery and stability by providing 24 hour assisted living, counseling, and case management, among other services, and by establishing the necessary community linkages for comprehensive care.
Rehabilitation Specialist will supervise the direct services staff regarding clinical concerns. Educate the direct services staff on how to provide rehabilitation services that correlate to the goals identified on the Individual Treatment Plan. The Rehabilitation Specialist is able to trouble-shoot potential problems in client services and assist the Rehabilitation Coordinator in identifying resources and interventions including crisis intervention strategies. Oversees all treatment plans and request for authorization for services. Rotates on the “on call” pager system. Our clients live in group homes.Job Requirements
Must possess current MD LCPC license; 5 years of LCPC experience; Supervisory and management experience; Knowledge of State and National certification and regulatory standards; Demonstrate knowledge of community resources and referral sources; Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; Excellent communication skills.
