Neustar Inc is a leading global information services provider driving the connected world forward with trusted holistic identity resolution More information is available at https www home neustar Job Requisition R Director Talent Management Open Primary Location STERLING RT Job Description What We Are Looking For If you love helping people and organizations grow are passionate about transforming systems into best in class programs and are interested in a unique opportunity to build and improve our Talent Management function in a way that has a significant impact on a profitable rapidly growing business this opportunity is right for you We are looking for an experienced Director of Talent Management and Organizational Development to design and facilitate all aspects of talent engagement for Neustar This person will be a key member of the HR leadership team elevating and guiding our companywide talent management programs and practices Creating and driving strong relationships with business leaders HR business partners and the HR leadership team is core to success Reporting to the SVP HR the Director will be responsible for improving our talent systems creating new frameworks and ensuring Neustar has a culture that develops engages and retains talented individuals Here s How You ll Make A Difference Provide oversight for a broad set of talent management and organizational effectiveness programs including high potential succession planning performance management management and leadership development and onboarding Work collaboratively with a variety of roles and teams within HR and the business to assess organizational effectiveness opportunities Lead the review of existing performance management processes and update and implement new methods that match our long term vision Create and develop an organization wide talent assessment and succession planning approach that enables Neustar to have a robust internal bench supporting our long terms growth plans Provide leadership and guidance for internal chanagement and communications initiatives for various company growth and transformations efforts In partnership with Neustar s HR Business Partner team provide organizational effectiveness consultation to a variety of functional and cross functional teams in order to develop and implement strategies to address business priorities This includes assessing critical business and leadership issues to design and implement organization effectiveness solutions that enhance performance What You Bring to the Table years of experience in designing and operationalizing enterprise wide talent management programs and strategies years of progressive leadership in human resource management Previous success in leading large scale complex enterprise wide change initiatives Demonstrates up to date knowledge of current talent management strategies Demonstrates consultative relationship building and interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of HR and business management and is effective at quickly establishing credibility and developing working relationships Demonstrates resourcefulness in building diverse networks and teaming with others effectively Excellent communication organizational and project management skills The Fine Print Bachelor s Degree is required MBA or Masters in Organizational Development Industrial Organizational Psychology Human Resources Learning Development or related field is a plus Experience in information services is a plus Experience in measurement analytics data collection analysis and interpretation to support fact based and predictive decision making Neustar does not accept unsolicited resumes from external firms or agencies Neustar will not be responsible for placement fees associated with unsolicited resumes DIVERSITY Diversity inclusion and teamwork are second nature to Neustar and these values permeate our entire business structure Neustar is committed to creating an environment where a wide spectrum of opinions and beliefs are actively sought listened to and respected Further our talented workforce draws from the many geographic areas and markets in which Neustar operates worldwide which represents a distinct competitive advantage The rich and varied personal and professional backgrounds of our employees make Neustar a dynamic and rewarding company at which to build a career We invite you to join us EOE of Minorities Females Vets Disability Neustar Inc considers all applicants for employment without regard to race color religion sex national origin age disability sexual orientation or status as a Vietnam era or special disabled veteran in accordance with federal law and other state and local requirements Neustar Inc complies with applicable state and local laws prohibiting discrimination in employment and provides reasonable accommodation to qualified individuals with disabilities in accordance with the American with Disabilities Act ADA and applicable state and local laws
