Job description Full Measure Education is a mission based startup that is dedicated to transforming how students and post secondary institutions communicate to one another. Our business has doubled in size each of the last three years and we are looking for entry level and experienced sales professionals to continue our growth. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and will work diligently to deliver productivity across the sales organization. This role is based in our corporate office in DuPont Circle, Washington, DC Responsibilities Lead generation and prospecting in postsecondary education Creating and nurturing business relationships Collaborate with the sales organization on territory planning and event strategy Manage and document post-sales meeting follow up and assist the sales organization in building deal momentum Maintain sales activities in Salesforce CRM Recommend, drive and implement process improvements that support scalability and partner growth The Ideal Candidate: Resourceful and driven - you roll up your sleeves and get work done Experience in developing and/or executing strategic sales objectives Solution oriented and able to think pragmatically about the most effective way to accomplish goals Able to embrace a team atmosphere but thrive in a competitive environment Passionate about your work and always hungry to learn Intellectual curiosity that extends far beyond the workplace Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and/or up to 5 years of sales experience Excellent communication skills Sales background preferred
