Perspecta is an AA/EEO Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories Responsibilities Perspecta is seeking an intelligence professional with recent experience working customer missions to lead a diverse team supporting a unique, high-visibility operations center serving as the focal point for monitoring and integrating the nation's most sensitive collection and operational activities against hard targets. This is not a typical Ops Center or Watch Center with the supervisory task overseeing shift work focused on monitoring and summarizing information feeds. While this operations center has a monitoring and reporting function, the Team Leader will oversee high-performing data analysts, web developers. This Operations Center includes leading data science, analytic visualization, and knowledge sharing capabilities directly tied to highly sensitive operations and requiring close coordination and collaboration with mission centers, hard target defeat activities, and senior national intelligence officers. The Team Lead directly works to advance intelligence community (IC) integration and collaboration against hard targets and to provide senior leaders and operational activities with real-time awareness, including managing portals and other services to ensure all relevant IC capabilities are brought to bear against intelligence targets and in support of ongoing operations. The Team Lead will have a strong Project Management background and will be responsible for tracking schedules and resources for DOC projects, creating project and program plans that account for external dependencies and critical paths, and communicating the status, risks, and risk mitigations of the technical projects. The Team Lead will also be responsible for working with the Sponsor to standardize DOC processes to include configuration management, requirements management, and general project governance. Successful candidates must have knowledge of customer operations and proven experience building and leading high-performing teams, enhancing coordination and integration, and working with minimal guidance to identify and implement tasks that constantly improve enterprise services and applications, data management, analysis, and visualization methods across diverse data types, and leading teams responsible for external coordination and integration. The Team Lead muse also have technical competency to understand and oversee staff working IT and enterprise modernization activities, including as-built documentation, rack elevations, wiring diagrams, standard operating procedures, user operations manuals, maintenance plans and schedules, data processing flowcharts, data processing procedures. Qualifications Certified in Project Management by a qualified certifying authority such as a government agency certification program, college-level project management certification program, or a project management certification institute such as the Project Management Institute or the Project Management Academy. Minimum of 10 years' experience managing projects to include IT projects. Minimum of 2 years' experience (within the last 5 years) as a Program Manager on a government contract overseeing and leading 15+ personnel Direct, relevant experience in: contract program/project Management (contract status reporting, project reviews, deliverables, briefings, etc.); recruiting/staffing; staff and performance Management; working knowledge of the customer and the IC.
