Join our WINNING team as the Head of Service MarketingCARFAX is searching for a Head of Service Marketing to lead a key growth marketing vertical that is currently a $2+ Billion business annually in the US. Reporting directly to the CMO, this person will collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to lead the message development, marketing outreach and sales / service support for two CARFAX service shop programs:myCARFAX Shop Program - Sign up and retain auto dealers and aftermarket service shops to the myCARFAX Shop Program where shops provide their service records in exchange for brand exposure on the CARFAX Vehicle History Report. Key success metrics are number of active shops on this program and amount of service records they provide.CARFAX for Life / Shop Loyalty Program - Sign up and retain auto dealers and aftermarket service shops to the CARFAX for Life / Shop Loyalty Program where shops provide their customer list so CARFAX can send them helpful service reminders and alerts designed to drive repeat service business. Key success metrics are number of active shops and amount of revenue generated.The Head of Service Marketing should be comfortable as a player/coach, in a work environment when hands-on management is the norm. If so, take a detour from your daily grind and apply today!As the Head of Service Marketing, you will:Increase number of active shops through direct marketing messaging campaigns, development of marketing and point of purchase (POP) material, and targeted sales campaigns, etc.Increase revenue generated from CARFAX for Life / Shop Loyalty ProgramDevelop ways to prove the ROI to active shops and prospects of CARFAX service shop programs.Drive consumer sign ups to myCARFAX and increase user engagement and interaction within the myCARFAX app experienceRequired Skills/ExperienceProven marketing background - success in developing marketing messaging and implementing a "marketing machine" of online campaigns to shops. Ability to track marketing performance through metrics and use results to improve.Strong creative thinking skills - ability to develop new messages and marketing ideas to test. Proven background at using results of marketing tests to improve performance and create on-target ideas.Results oriented - background supporting sales teams to achieve concrete sales goals. Experience working closely with sales teams to identify and deliver marketing/sales support.
