Perspecta is an AA/EEO Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories Responsibilities Provide System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) to identify, oversee development, analyze, evaluate, mature and transition technologies to satisfy emerging requirements and deliver revolutionary capabilities in support of Government objectives. Define and execute an outreach program to engage with users to identify unsatisfied emerging needs and requirements as well as technology providers for potential innovative capabilities/solutions. Manage diverse teams of technical and administrative experts in conduct of all projects including paper studies and hardware and software development and deliveries. Assist in the execution of project management in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations. Assist the Government in managing organization and program budget. Assist the Government managing the acquisition process for acquiring technologies and concepts. Drive the application of Agile Development techniques into appropriate software development projects. Perform all aspects of project management including resource and schedule management, risk and opportunity management, as well as budget estimation and tracking through the entire lifecycle for hardware, software, and integration projects. Develop and maintain technology and development roadmaps for the organization. Assess technical and programmatic risk and opportunities and provide recommendations to mitigate risks or exploit opportunities. Support Government staff in the planning, coordination and day-to-day management and oversight of development efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's with 8 - 10 years of experience or a Master's with 6 - 8 years of experience Considered an emerging authority, who applies extensive technical expertise Develops technical solutions to complex problems. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment Familiarity with NRO budget process Familiarity with NRO acquisition process for technologies or technology concepts. Strong technical writing and presentation skills TS/SCI with polygraph Options
