Perspecta is an AA/EEO Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories Responsibilities Description: The Systems Engineering & Integration for the National Systems for Geospatial-Intelligence program delivers full life-cycle systems integration and engineering services to the missions of its customer. This program is chartered to provide technical leadership for many of NGA's highest priorities and projects to include systems engineering and architecture analysis and definition for the TCPED-S (Tasking, Collection, Processing Exploitation, Dissemination and Storage) efforts within the Research Portfolio and Community Architecture Roadmap Working Group (CARWG), and development of standards for all Geospatial Intelligence developers and consumers. The candidate will serve as a member of the Foundation GEOINT Standards Team in a role conducting web and tools development essential to providing clear, transparent communication across the customer domains, and commercial stakeholders. Duties associated with this position include creating and managing responsive designs and understanding of the principles of good web user experience (UX), proficient with Adobe Creative suite, CSS, JavaScript, HTML editors, and other web publishing tools. Creating and building to technical mockup/wireframe to specifications. Strong team player, comfortable working in a complex/multifaceted development environment with good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Taking a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate a design. Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Must possess an Active TS/SCI security clearance Bachelor's degree in related field or related technical experience Minimum of 6 years of System Engineering, or System Integration, or Web Development/Web based communication/collaboration tools experience Proficient with CSS, JavaScript, User Experience Design (UXD - UI/UX) Proficient with Web/Graphic Design Tools (Adobe Creative suite - Illustrator or Adobe XD or Axure and other web publishing tools) Self-starter, Strong interpersonal, problem solving and multi-tasking skills Desired Qualifications: Experience with MySQL/ Relational Database Proficient in HTML5 Familiar with Cloud/AWS (Amazon Web Service) Technologies, Repository within Git Familiar with Website Analytics Options
