Financial Planning Administrator - Winchester - pounds 20,000Permanent, full time hours Your new company One of the UK's leading independent providers of discretionary wealth management are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join their new office in Winchester. They offer award-winning personalised wealth management services that meet the varied needs of over 100,000 account holders, including individuals, charities, and pension funds. They specialise in helping clients protect and grow their wealth by creating financial plans and investment portfolios that meet personal and professional ambitions and aspirations. Our services range from bespoke, discretionary investment management to retirement planning and tax-efficient investing. Your new role They are looking to appoint a Financial Planning Administrator to join their new office based in Winchester. You will be providing a robust administration function to the financial planning team in an efficient and timely manner. Your role will also involve the support of paraplanners in production of suitability reports. You will understand and comply with all FCA regulations and principals applying to the role and adhere to Conduct Risk standards. You will develop knowledge of Financial Planning, the wider business offering and the Financial Services sector. You will be completing all work according to set procedures and standards and collate and verify the accuracy of information and work provided. You will also be assisting team members as required and works effectively with colleagues. This list is not exclusive and there may be additional duties to perform. What you'll need to succeed An intermediate knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook is preferred and the ability to type is preferred but not essential. If you are studying towards any relevant Level 3 qualifications that would be desirable.
