Ref ID: 04530-0010666923Classification: Accountant - StaffCompensation: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per yearSenior Grant Accountant needed for a reputable non-profit in the healthcare sector with revenue exceeding $100M. The Senior Grant Accountant will report to the Deputy CFO and will be responsible for grant and contract accounting and reporting as well as maintaining system documentation related to accounting and auditing workflows. Primary responsibilities include: - Prepare weekly, monthly and other periodic grant billings, drawdowns and ageing - Develop budgets and realignments for federal, state and private/foundation grants - Closely monitor grant revenue, expenditures and budget variances. - Maintain and electronic filing system for all grant related accounting records and reports - Prepare journal entries for contracts, grants and other assigned areas - Perform grant closeout functions required by grants and contracts, including reconciliations, financial status reports, final invoices and reporting - Maintain regular communication with departments, communicate with fiscal contacts at funding sources for problem resolution and information gathering - Prepare audit schedules and reports including the Schedules of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA) - Ensure accuracy and reconciliation of assigned general ledger accounts - Interface with Grants Management department and work closely with clinical account managers - Prepares periodic reports for grant program managers and other clinical staff Please share a copy of your resume/CV with Lee Chernett, AVP at Robert Half Finance Accounting, at [Click Here to Email Your Resume] or call Lee Chernett at 703.760.7662.
