Pathways is seeking a dynamic individual to join our HR Team as the Director of Recruitment. This position will be responsible for developing the Pathways Recruitment Function. The Director of Recruitment will determine the strategic direction and objectives for our national recruiting effort, which will support the company's growth while maintaining its culture and standards of excellence. Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, the Director will lead a team of 8-10 recruiting professionals comprised of a Corporate Recruiters, Recruitment Specialists and other recruiting delivery professionals. The Director will explore and implement practices that allow Pathways to attract "best in class" talent. Critical to achieving success in this role is the ability to build strong business relationships and deliver results in a rapidly changing and evolving environment. This position will report to our Corporate Office located in Fredericksburg VA, but may have the opportunity to work remote 2 days per week after initial training period. This position may also offer relocation assistance for the right candidate. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree is a plus. Minimum ten years of recruitment experience leading a Recruitment function as a senior human resources leader with extensive business and recruitment experience of similar scope and scale, with a proven track record of organizational transformation & design and change management experience. At least five years of supervisory experience is required. Proven track record of adding business value, working successfully with business unit leaders in a client focused, highly competitive and fast changing industry, and operating in a matrixed environment, as well as a track record of building/leading effective teams.
