    FOR THE GS-11 GRADE LEVEL:
    Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector coordinating all admission and registration activities with the deans and directors of the appropriate school and programs to ensure proper establishment and maintenance of student records.


    Education may be substituted for specialized experience as follows:
    • successfully completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; -OR-
    • successfully completed three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree; -OR-
    • an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled; -OR-
    • a combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.

    FOR THE GS-09 GRADE LEVEL: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting with admissions or registration activities of students in a graduate education program for an academic institution to ensure proper tracking of student progress or academic records.

    Education may be substituted for specialized experience as follows:
    • successfully completed a master's or equivalent graduate degree; -OR-
    • successfully completed two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree; -OR-
    • an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled; -OR-
    • a combination of experience and graduate level education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
