Administrative Assistant/Classroom Floater
The Administrative Assistant (AA)/Classroom Floater reports to the Program Manager/ Director. The duties of the AA/Classroom Floater are assigned by the Program Manager/ Director and include but not limited to the following: Answering phones, Record Maintenance, Filing, Office Organization, and as needed, works in the classroom with the children (2-5 years old) supporting teaching staff. Prior experience in an administrative capacity in an office setting and in a preschool classroom setting preferred.
Educational Requirements: Associate Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
