  • Communicate and work closely with partners to boost event sponsorships and association involvement 
  • Work efficiently to create a positive member experience for all members via face-to-face interaction, phone calls and emails
  • Work closely with Constant Contact and social media platforms as well as assisting with updating the company website
  • Coordinate meeting space rentals
  • Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer 
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • 1-3 years of planning and/or marketing experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Experience using Constant Contact marketing platform is preferred
  • Knowledge and exposure to using social media platforms
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
