- Communicate and work closely with partners to boost event sponsorships and association involvement
- Work efficiently to create a positive member experience for all members via face-to-face interaction, phone calls and emails
- Work closely with Constant Contact and social media platforms as well as assisting with updating the company website
- Coordinate meeting space rentals
- Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer
- Additional duties as assigned
- 1-3 years of planning and/or marketing experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using Constant Contact marketing platform is preferred
- Knowledge and exposure to using social media platforms
- Microsoft Office proficiency
