    You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

    Specialized experience for the GS-13: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes ALL of the following:

    - Applying a wide range of records management principles, concepts, methodologies and practices. Examples of this could include but is not limited to utilizing databases and systems to manage electronic records and/or providing solutions to issues to databases and electronic systems.
    - Working on projects to improve compliance with records and information management requirements. An example of this could include but is not limited to providing input in developing procedures to improve the administration of records and information management program(s) and/or conducting research of a variety of records and information management matters for which he/she is responsible for.

    Specialized experience for the GS-12: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes ALL of the following:

    - Following and facilitating recordkeeping policy and practices in accordance with agency or organizational regulations. Examples of this could include but is not limited to participating in projects to improve compliance with records and information management requirements and/or assisting customers and providing records management program implementation guidance and assistance.

    CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
    - A one year probationary period may be required.
    - Must successfully complete a background investigation.
    - Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to determine your suitability for Federal employment, at the time requested by the agency.
    - If you are a male applicant born after December 31, 1959, certify that you have registered with the Selective Service System or are exempt from having to do so.
    - Have your salary sent to a financial institution of your choice by Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer.
