Market Intelligence Lead

Key Role:

Provide support for the product marketing function through research and analysis of the company's markets, competition, and product mix. Research and make presentations on new market areas. Analyze the competitive environment and future trends and make recommendations based on findings. Publish regular updates on market conditions to track company progress in specialized market niches or product technology disciplines. Leverage expertise in or unique knowledge of contributing to the development of company objectives and principles and achieve goals in creative and effective ways. Work on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Create formal networks involving coordination among groups.

Basic Qualifications:

-10 years of experience with performing market research and analysis in the federal defense and intelligence services market 

-5 years of experience with leading and managing projects of an analytical nature

-Experience with analytical concepts, research approaches, and data development at a professional level

-Experience with research and analytical expertise demonstrated in a functional role, preparing presentation materials, and conveying analytical content

-Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and the full suite of products

-Experience with public and private government opportunity databases, reading and understanding outputs from systems, briefing executive-level leadership on research and analysis, and providing recommendations

-Knowledge of the government contracting and industry procurement process

-Ability to structure projects and align requirements to the appropriate delivery resources

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with developing internal and external professional networks
-Experience with managing a team
-Experience with business development, corporate development, or in a strategy role

-Ability to comprehend and convey business impacts of market shifts or bid decisions
