The Manager of Patient Experience coordinates and collaborates with unit leadership to improve patient experience. Communicates and facilitates the metrics associated with evaluation systems and procedures that impact patient care. Leads entity-wide effort to reach patient experience goals for SGMC in alignment with Adventist HealthCare strategic plan.
Work Schedule:

Participate in the development and implementation of patient experience programs and processes. Develops and prioritizes internal communication and customer needs to improve hospital-wide awareness and engagement in employees, physicians, and patient experience results.

Collaborates with leadership at the entity and system level in identifying and implementing innovative models and best practices emphasizing patient experience.

Provides recommended best practices to leadership to promote the integration of patient experience into operational practice with the appropriate level of rigor related to project reviews, data driven decisions, project prioritization and project management.

Analyzes and interprets performance metrics related to patient experience and process improvement. Clearly communicates data to support leadership decision making.

Maintain knowledge of current research data to support best practices for the delivery of patient experience.

Demonstrates fiscal responsibility for utilization of time and resources in an effective and efficient manner.
