The Scheduler is responsible for the primary function of receiving, scheduling, tracking, and assisting all inbound and outbound calls that come into the call center queue or the Electronic Schedule Request System.
Qualified candidates will possess:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
1-2 years or more of medical office experience

Must have medical terminology or radiology terminology background. Must be proficient with PC Skills such as Windows, Microsoft Office and utilizing the Internet. Must be able to type a minimum of 35 w.p.m. Must show demonstrated ability to use office related machines.
