ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Pertaining to NRA-ILA and PVF: ($40M division of the NRA and $10M affiliated Political Action Committee, (PAC))
� Administer electronic expense report system, review and approve weekly loads and credit card reconciliation
� Administer corporate credit card program, ensure completeness of transactions and upload into accounting system
� Maintain key balance sheet accounts and financial statement disclosure information
� Reconcile contribution income in contributor system to general ledger and bank information- Weekly (Daily)
� Prepare weekly cash position report
� Maintain daily revenue reports and library of management reports
� Record disbursements from PVF accounts into accounting system
� Reconcile all bank accounts monthly
� Assist Accounting Manager with preparation of monthly financial statements
� Maintain and reconcile intercompany account with NRA
� Maintain fundraising project cost data in donor database
� Assist with preparation of periodic Board of Directors presentations
� Perform other duties as requested with a sense of humor and team spirit

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting, CPA or CPA candidate a plus
6- 9 years experience with non-profit, multi-fund accounting environments
Prior experience with PAC or political committees a plus
Experience with MS Dynamics SL version 2015 or higher
Experience with SagePro version 2011 or higher
Experience and skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
Organized and meticulous
Ability to maintain confidentiality essential; credit/criminal background check required pre-employment
