Experienced Administrative Assistant sought for small Georgetown, DC Office. Parking provided. Prior administrative experience required. Degree preferred.
Duties include: answer, screen and direct calls; providing information as appropriate; greet and announce visitors, maintain calendar for in-person, video and phone conferences; provide meeting support (planning, arrange catering, type/copy meeting materials, set-up/clean-up); maintain physical and digital files; scan, index, save and file all incoming documents; provide administrative support to colleagues as needed; assist with making travel arrangements; assist with expense reports; process and track incoming and outgoing mail; schedule couriers; draft and edit correspondence; maintain office supplies; coordinate meeting lunch orders; tidy and keep office organized, other duties as assigned.
- Base salary mid 30’s/low 40’s
- Parking provided
- Overtime required on rare occasion.
- Prior administrative experience
- Degree preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be reliable and discrete
